Welcome to Prestige Healthcare Group. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Introduction

Prestige Healthcare Group Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides home care services in Singapore. These terms govern our relationship with clients and their families.


2. Services

2.1 Service Scope

We provide home care services including but not limited to:

  • Home nursing care
  • Elderly and dementia care
  • Post-hospital and transitional care
  • Bedridden and complex care
  • Personal and companion care

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about:

  • Medical conditions
  • Medications
  • Care requirements
  • Emergency contacts

3.2 Safe Environment

You must maintain a safe environment for our caregivers, including:

  • Proper lighting
  • Sanitary conditions
  • Safe access

3.3 Respect and Conduct

Clients and family members must treat our staff with respect and dignity. We reserve the right to withdraw services if our staff are subjected to abuse or harassment.


4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Service fees are as quoted and agreed upon. We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Refunds are subject to management approval

5. Medical Disclaimer

5.1 Non-Medical Advice

Our caregivers provide support care but are not substitute for medical treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

5.2 Emergency Services

We are not an emergency service provider. Call 995 for medical emergencies.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Medical outcomes resulting from care provided
  • Losses beyond our control

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with PDPA requirements. Personal data will not be disclosed without consent except as required by law.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with:

  • 7 days written notice for routine care
  • 24 hours notice for trial periods
  • Immediate termination for misconduct

9. Amendments

We may amend these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
